Accutron 214 Battery Energizer 387S Battery Super Saver 5-Pack - "Buy 4 Get 1 Battery Free" Sold in an economical 5-Pack Strip, this is a very popular 1.5V Silver Oxide replacement to the original 1.35V Mercury 387 battery used in Accutron 214 models. This replacement Accutron Battery should be used in those watches which have been adjusted for the higher voltages of modern cells and for the very few 214 watches which will keep accurate time using the 1.5V cell. Note: Eveready now uses their 394/380 battery for a 387S. To further complicate things, they package the new/improved 394 batteries in the 387S packaging (see photo left). They are still the correct voltage and size for your Vintage Accutron and still carry the plastic grommet. This is great if you have multiple Accutron watches or just want to plan ahead.
